Mi Amore Blitz: (Prince Blitz or just Blitz to friends)

- Princess Cadance x Shinning Armour

Born as neither a Pegasus or a Unicorn many questioned Blitz's ability to contribute to the Crystal Empire royalty, but soon after his birth he began to quickly prove his worth in the form of his surprisingly witty antics and his rather impressive strength. These attributes only began to build as he aged and with the appearance of his cutie mark it was quite obvious he was destined to follow in the hooves of his father only more so. Despite his lack of wings or a horn Blitz is incredibly intelligent and diplomatic, and constantly strives to be in good form. Unlike his father Blitz holds the title of head of the royal quard AND lead diplomat and always goes the peacful and loving route before resorting to violence or force. As such many treaties and peaceful resolutions have been formed by him however there have also been a number of times when Blitz showed his capabilities by wiping out aggressive threats to the Crystal Empire. Despite his sparkling record the prince was a restless and less virtued individual in his youth and would often go on adventures with Loon on her monster slaying missions. Their partnership lasted for a while until a powerful foe slashed Loon's ear and body as she fended off the beast attempting to damage Blitz's face. Due to her swift intervention the young prince got off with only a slightly torn ear, but seeing another pony close to him get injured because of his "failure" deeply affected him and despite Loon's assurance that she was fine and had no regrets protecting her fellow royal, Blitz couldn't ease his guilt and decided to leave their partnership so he could train and focus on a more direct way of bettering his subject's lives without endangering those he cares for.

* Blitz keeps his mane very short as much to his annoyance he inherited Cadance's curly mane and finds it hard to be taken seriously by the guards underneath him when his head and tail are incredibly curly.
